Why some goods are purchable online but other not?
The online selling is planned for the goods that we are able to pack and send within 10 days such us dresses, accessories and non-packaged items, and within 20 days for packed wedding favors, wedding invitations, sugared almond bags.
The goods with a long process of production and packaging which require a longer time could be purchased at the Milan store on Via Andrea Costa 1, corner square Loreto.
Why the cost from the prize list and the e-commerce are different?
Because the prize list for the wedding dress includes the tailoring fittings, the sartorial changes, the ironing, the advice from the bridal consultant.
If you buy the dress online, it’s going to be of your size and sent to you, but without tailoring changes for the customization.
Whenever you desire that these modification will be made by our tailor shop, even if you are purchasing online, you can contact Elisa to our mail firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the 02/2840911, giving us the measures which we need for the customization and in this case you will pay 50 more euros for the tailoring service.
I found the dress that I want to buy, but I can’t see my size available.
The sizes we have are always updated.
You can also purchase a larger or smaller size and made it adjusted according to your measures. Ask for advice, sending your measures to Elisa at email@example.com or at 02/28.40.911, before proceeding with the buying.
How could I choose the right size for purchasing online the wedding dress?
The sizes indicated are the italic one and match to the one usually used by you for your everyday clothes.
We enclose an approximate size measurement table, for your assurance.
How long will it take to receive the dress or accessory purchased?
We need 10 days for the shipment of dresses, objects without pack and accessories shipment.
We need 20-25 days for the shipment of packed favors (small bags or boxes) and wedding invitations.
If you have a particular urgency, please communicate it through email at firstname.lastname@example.org, saying the order’s number, and we are going to anticipate your shipment.
For the shipment, the courier generally takes 3 days.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping is free for purchases above 500€.
For purchases that cost less than 500€, the shipping costs change according to the item purchased and it can reach a maximum of 50€.
At the moment of the purchase, you can also choose to pick it up in store and come to collect it during our opening time in the store in Via A. Costa 1 in Milan, or hire a courier of your choice.
Where do you ship?
The shipment is carried out throughout Italy (Islands excluded) and to Switzerland.
For the shipment in other countries, we can draw up a personalized estimate with our courier (in this case you will have to select, at the time of purchase, “freight collect”) or you could decide to take care of the shipment, picking up the item in the store, or you can hire a courier you trust.
The purchased item is arrived, but I want to return it, is it possible?
It’s your right to return the purchased object within 10 days from the reception.
In this case, you have to notify us quickly and ship the items in the same condition in which they were sent to you and in the original packaging, without removing the label.
Once the returned product has been received, we will issue a refund in your favor for the net purchase amount. You will be responsible for the shipping costs (if they have been paid by you, for orders less than € 500) and the return costs (you will have to send us the package carriage paid).
The right of return is not applicable to objects made specifically for you, for example, wedding invitations printed with your data, except, of course, for a non-conformity of the product due to Centro Sposi Paradiso s.r.l., for example, if we wrong to print the participations at the spelling level, even though you have filled in the form correctly.
